5. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for:
• Size issues• Damaged / defective products
• Incorrect items delivered
Terms:
• Exchange request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and with all tags & packaging intact.
• Exchange depends on stock availability.
• If a product is out of stock, store credit will be issued (valid for 6 months).
6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, MIMI MOMO follows a strict No-Return / No-Refund policy except
in cases of:
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered
If approved:
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.
• COD orders are refunded as store credit only.
• Refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect.
7. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY
• COD is available for select serviceable pin codes.
• COD orders must be accepted upon delivery.
• Repeated refusal or fraudulent COD activity will lead to blocking COD facility.
• COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 7–10 working days.
